Before you start

On the listing card, choose your preferred contract option, then click Apply.

Contract options
  • Month-to-month (baseline pricing)
  • 12 months (+10% pricing adjustment)

Start application (Create temporary PIN)
When you click Apply from a listing, the system creates a temporary PIN. This PIN allows you to stop and continue later without losing your progress.

Personal information
Provide your basic details so we can contact you and perform verification checks.

Applicant type & context
Select your applicant type. This determines which affordability documents are required.
  • Student
  • Employed
  • Sponsor

Upload documents
Upload supporting documents. A certified copy of your ID/Passport is mandatory. Other documents depend on your applicant type.

Emergency / secondary contact
Provide an emergency or secondary contact. This is operationally essential, especially in communal housing.

Declarations & submit
These confirmations protect both parties and allow screening to proceed.
